Our Personnel

M.M. Awal Enterprise Ltd currently employs over100 permanent workers and 213 casual workers mainly within Tamale. The company is managed by a competent team of professionals in various fields led by the Managing Director, Alhaji Mahamud Mohammed Awal who has over 20 years of experience in farming and has gained both local and international recognition for his outstanding contribution to the industry.
He is currently the 2nd Best National Farmer in Ghana for 2020, he was the Northern Region Best Farmer for 2019 and was appointed in April 2020 as the first President of the Union of Africa Agricultural Producers Organization (UAAPO) for a six-year term.
